Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how RYZON collects, uses, stores and shares information when you visit or use the RYZON website, web application and related career, education, training, recruitment and placement services. RYZON is a brand of Athron Industries Private Limited ("Athron", "we", "us" or "our").
1. Information we may collect
Depending on the services you use and the information you submit, RYZON may process:
- Account and contact information: name, email address, mobile number, login and account-verification information.
- Career and learner information: profile details, education, skills, work experience, certifications, preferences, documents, course activity, assessments and certificates.
- Organisation information: company, institution, university, training-partner or franchise details, authorised contacts, team and business information.
- Recruitment information: job preferences, applications, interview and selection-related information, and communications connected with recruitment or placement services.
- Commercial and transaction information: invoices, plan or agreement details, payment status, transaction/reference numbers and payment evidence submitted for verification, where applicable.
- Support and technical information: messages sent to RYZON, account activity, device/browser information and session or security data generated while using the platform.
2. How we use information
We use information as reasonably necessary to create and manage accounts; provide courses, training, assessments and certificates; display jobs and internships; process applications; facilitate recruitment, interviews and placement services; manage institution, company, partner and franchise relationships; administer agreements, invoices and entitlements; respond to enquiries; maintain platform security; prevent misuse; and improve the operation of RYZON.
3. When information may be shared
RYZON operates a connected ecosystem involving individuals, employers, institutions, universities, training partners, franchise partners and the central RYZON/Athron team. Information may be shared with the relevant participant where needed to provide a service you request or are eligible to receive. Candidate information is not made available to an employer merely because a payment has been made: access to candidate data is subject to the applicable service entitlement and the candidate's consent, where required.
We may also use service providers for hosting, email delivery, platform operations, security or payment processing where those services are configured. Information may be disclosed where required by applicable law or a lawful request.
3.1 Project, funder, sponsor and implementation reporting
If you register for, are selected for, receive services under, or otherwise participate in a project, programme, scheme, campaign or assignment implemented, supported, funded or facilitated by RYZON, Athron or an authorised partner, relevant information may be shared with the organisation that awarded, commissioned, funded, sponsored, owns, monitors or evaluates that project. Depending on the project and its documented requirements, these recipients may include a client, project owner, CSR or corporate partner, donor, funder, sponsor, government department, ministry, scheme authority, nodal agency, public authority, monitoring or evaluation agency, auditor, institution, university, implementation partner or an authorised service provider.
Relevant project information may include identity and contact details, eligibility and enrolment records, education and skills information, attendance, training and assessment progress, certificates, placement and employment outcomes, retention or follow-up information, feedback, project location, approved benefit or payment records and supporting documents. The information shared will be limited to what is reasonably required for project delivery, beneficiary verification, progress monitoring, outcome reporting, audit, fund utilisation, compliance, contractual obligations or applicable law. Where a report can reasonably be provided in aggregate or de-identified form, that form may be used; identifiable records may be shared where the project, verification, audit or legal requirement needs them.
Some project data sharing may be a condition of participation or a requirement of the project agreement, funding terms, government scheme or applicable law. Where required, RYZON/Athron will provide the applicable notice and obtain or record the consent or authorisation required by law. If you do not provide information that is mandatory for a particular project, your eligibility, enrolment, benefit or participation may be affected. Project-specific notices or agreements may provide further details.
3.2 Use across Athron platforms and programmes
Because RYZON is a brand of Athron Industries Private Limited, relevant information may also be processed or made available within other platforms, products, programmes or services operated by Athron where reasonably necessary for shared account management, identity or document verification, learner and career services, skills and training delivery, recruitment and placement, customer support, project implementation, reporting, platform security, fraud prevention or service continuity. Access will be governed by role-based permissions and need-to-know controls, and each platform or team should receive only the information required for its authorised purpose. This does not mean that every Athron platform or employee receives unrestricted access to all RYZON information. Information will not be used for unrelated promotional marketing merely because it is available on another Athron platform; any such use will be subject to the applicable notice, choice and legal requirements.
4. Payments and financial information
Payment and billing records may include invoices, amounts, payment status, transfer or transaction references and supporting proof submitted for manual verification. RYZON does not ask you to submit passwords, card PINs, UPI PINs or banking login credentials through its enquiry or registration forms. Use only the payment instructions shown in an authorised RYZON invoice or payment workflow.
5. Account security and your choices
Keep your login credentials confidential and provide accurate, current information. You may update information through the relevant account features where available. You may contact RYZON through the Contact Us page to request help with access, correction or other privacy-related queries. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
6. Cookies and session technologies
RYZON may use essential browser storage or session cookies to maintain login sessions, support security and operate requested platform functions. Disabling these technologies may affect some parts of the website or application.
7. Data retention
Information is retained for as long as reasonably required for the relevant account, service, contractual, operational, security, dispute-resolution or legal purposes. The applicable retention period may differ by information type and service.
8. Children and authorised use
Where a learner or applicant is below the age at which they can independently provide valid consent under applicable law, use of relevant services should be supported by the required parent, guardian or institutional authorisation. Do not submit another person's personal information unless you are authorised to do so.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when RYZON's services, processes or legal requirements change. The latest version and effective date will be published on this page. Continued use after an update will be subject to applicable law and any consent or notice requirements.
10. Contact and privacy requests
For privacy questions, data correction requests or concerns about how information is handled, please use the Contact Us page and select the relevant enquiry type. Please do not include passwords, OTPs, payment PINs or other authentication secrets in your message.
