These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the RYZON website, web application and related services. RYZON is a career, employment, recruitment, skills, training and placement ecosystem and is a brand of Athron Industries Private Limited ("Athron", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account or using a RYZON service, you agree to these Terms and the applicable service-specific conditions.

1. RYZON services

RYZON may connect individuals and learners with jobs, internships, courses, assessments, training, certificates, career services and placement opportunities. It may also provide services to companies, institutions, universities, training partners and franchise partners, including recruitment, campus placement, training delivery, business-network and project workflows. Features available to an account depend on its role, approval status, applicable plan, agreement, entitlement and permissions.

2. Account registration and accuracy

• Provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and while using the platform.
• Use only an email address and mobile number that you are authorised to use, and complete verification steps where required.
• Keep your password, OTP and account credentials confidential. Do not share or transfer your account.
• Organisation accounts must be created or managed by a person authorised to represent that organisation.
• Do not create duplicate, misleading or impersonation accounts or submit information/documents that you know to be false.

3. Jobs, applications and recruitment

RYZON may display opportunities supplied by employers or other authorised sources. Employers are responsible for their job requirements, hiring decisions and employment terms. Applying through RYZON does not guarantee shortlisting, interview, selection, offer, joining, continued employment or a particular salary. Applicants are responsible for reviewing each opportunity and ensuring that the information in their profile and application is accurate.

4. Courses, training, assessments and certificates

Course availability, eligibility, delivery, assessment, certification, fees and validity depend on the relevant course, provider, issuer and applicable terms. A certificate is issued only when the stated completion and assessment requirements are met and the authorised issuer approves issuance. RYZON does not represent that every course or certificate is equivalent to a government, university, statutory or regulated qualification unless that status is expressly stated and supported by the relevant approval.

5. Institutions and university programmes

Admission decisions, academic eligibility, enrolment, examinations, academic fees and award of university qualifications remain subject to the relevant university or institution's official rules and processes. Academic fees should be paid through the university's official route unless a written agreement expressly authorises another arrangement. Any referral, commission or service fee is applicable only where a specific agreement provides for it.

6. Plans, payments and entitlements

Fees, taxes, payment schedules, refunds, cancellations, service scope and validity are governed by the applicable invoice, plan, package, agreement or written commercial terms. Payment is a financial event and does not by itself grant access to every RYZON service. Service access is based on the applicable agreement, entitlement, quantity, beneficiary, scope and validity. Do not make payments to personal accounts or use payment instructions that are not part of an authorised RYZON workflow or invoice.

7. Project participation and reporting

If you participate in a project, programme, campaign, training initiative or employment activity delivered, supported or facilitated by RYZON, Athron or an authorised partner, additional project-specific eligibility, attendance, assessment, certification, placement, employment, retention, verification and reporting requirements may apply. Relevant information may be shared with the project owner, client, funder, sponsor, government department or scheme authority, monitoring/evaluation agency, auditor, institution or authorised implementation partner where required for delivery, verification, reporting, audit, contractual commitments or applicable law, as described in the Privacy Policy and any project-specific notice or agreement. Refusal to provide information that is mandatory for the project may affect eligibility or participation.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with platform security, scrape or harvest personal data without permission, upload malicious code, misrepresent an opportunity, infringe intellectual-property rights, harass other users or use RYZON for unlawful or fraudulent activity. You must respect the privacy, consent and data-access boundaries of other users.

9. User content and platform rights

You remain responsible for the content and documents you submit and must have the rights and authority needed to submit them. You permit RYZON/Athron to host, process and display that content as necessary to operate the services you request and in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable agreements. RYZON names, logos, software, designs and platform materials may not be copied, modified, distributed or commercially used without prior authorisation, except as permitted by law or a written agreement.

10. Account restrictions and service changes

RYZON may restrict, suspend or review access where there is a suspected security risk, false information, policy breach, legal requirement, overdue commercial obligation or misuse of the platform. Where reasonably possible, the relevant account holder will be informed. RYZON may modify or discontinue a feature, subject to applicable law and any binding agreement.

11. Disclaimers and limitation

RYZON provides a platform and related services; it does not guarantee employment, admission, business revenue, learner outcomes or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Athron is not responsible for independent decisions or conduct of employers, institutions, universities, training providers or other users. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Privacy

Your use of RYZON is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled and when it may be shared. Candidate-data access is subject to applicable service entitlements and required candidate consent.

13. Changes, governing law and contact

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version and effective date will be published on this page.
